Mark the date on your calendar and use this checklist to get the most out of ArtShop. You should receive a confirmation email from PayPal for your purchase. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. For a review of the agenda for the next workshop, click here and select the ArtShop topic (e.g. Drawing, Color, Portraits, etc.). Please read the following to come prepared:

  1. Bring your sketchbook for notes and exercises. This is important, as students will need it for exercises, and are also encouraged to keep an ‘art journal‘ at home. If you don’t have one, we sell high-quality, 200-page, hard-bound sketchbooks for only $9 each at the ArtShop check-in table.
  2. Pack a water bottle and a healthy snack for mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks.
  3. Lunch will be provided. Lunch consists of a variety of pizza, fresh fruit, and soda or water.
  4. Dress accordingly. Art can be messy. We’ll be indoors.
  5. We begin and end on time, so be sure to arrive a few minutes early. The Advanced Drawing ArtShop runs from 9am-4pm; lunch is served at noon.
  6. Your contact info– make sure we have it in case of emergency.
  7. Medical release form– for your child’s safety, in the event of an emergency and we cannot reach you, please print, sign, and bring the Medical Release Form (click to print) with you. Rest assured that we use only non-toxic materials, and your child will be supervised at all times.
  8. Driving directions can be found by clicking on the location links below or in the left column of the website by clicking here.
