Procedure: Arrangements are made via telephone conversations between the artist and the client as to the location of the sitting, attire, and client preferences. The client is invited to travel to Mr. Chambers’ studio, or he can travel to your location, at which he arrives the afternoon prior to the sitting to finalize the attire and setting for the photo session. The next day a 1-2 hour photo session takes place, after which the client and artist discuss and select the ideal pose for the portrait. If additional photos or a color study is needed, these are the done the same or next day. After approval of all material by the client, Mr. Chambers returns to his studio to begin the portrait. Delivery is 2-12 months of the photo sitting. Once the portrait has been completed in the studio, image proofs of the portrait are sent via email to the client for approval. Adjustments are made, and after approval, arrangements will be made with the client to deliver the framed portrait for approval. Minor changes (if necessary) are made upon delivery of the portrait. Mr. Chambers’ studio is in northern Virginia, west of Washington, D.C.

A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 25% are required prior to beginning the portrait.  The balance is due at delivery of the completed portrait to the satisfaction and approval of the client.
